This is not a discovery call where I try to sell you something. It is a fit assessment — for both sides. I want to understand your situation well enough to tell you whether BRCN can actually help.

The call is not the right fit if:
- You are looking for free partner contacts or introductions
- You want to explore without a concrete product or market hypothesis
- You expect a success-only arrangement with no paid scope
- You want BRCN to act as importer, legal representative or distributor

What happens after the call
Two possible outcomes. Both are useful.
There is a fit
I define a specific scope based on your situation — activation pilot, startup validation track or setup coordination. We agree the scope in writing before any engagement starts. The first paid engagement is defined and time-boxed. No open-ended availability.
There is no fit right now
I tell you clearly why, and what I would suggest instead. Sometimes the route is not ready. Sometimes the product stage is too early. Sometimes a different type of help is more useful. An honest no is more valuable than a weak yes.

Common questions before the call.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No formal preparation needed. A brief description of your product, the target market and what has already been tried is enough. The call is a conversation, not a presentation.
What if I’m not sure which path applies to me?
That is fine. Select “Not sure yet” in the form. The call is exactly the right moment to assess whether Asia → Europe, Europe → Asia or the startup validation track makes sense for your situation.
Is the call really free?
Yes. The intro call is free. No obligation to engage further. If there is no realistic fit, I will tell you on the call. The first paid engagement is only proposed if the fit is clear.
How quickly can an engagement start after the call?
If there is a clear fit, a written scope can usually be defined within one week. Active outreach typically begins in week two of the engagement.
