BRCN Studio / International companies
Your technology. A commercial owner in Europe.
You have industrial technology to sell in Europe — and perhaps already inquiries, partners or early customers. BRCN acts as your local commercial counterpart: developing accounts, leading customer meetings and follow-up, and moving qualified opportunities forward with your headquarters and technical team.

The European ownership gap
You can be present in Europe without having a European commercial operation.
You may be entering Europe for the first time, following up on trade-fair contacts, working through distributors or selling directly from headquarters. In each case, the practical question is the same: who runs the customer conversations, follow-up and next steps locally?
Conversations exist. Progression does not.
Meetings and inquiries happen, but qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up and the next buyer decision remain inconsistent.
A distributor exists. Visibility does not.
The partner relationship is active, but headquarters cannot clearly see which accounts, applications and opportunities are actually moving.
Someone is in the market. Nobody owns the market.
Language capability or local coordination exists, while commercial prioritisation, qualification and opportunity development remain fragmented.
Engineers are talking. The sale still has no owner.
Technical questions are answered, but nobody consistently connects requirements, objections and technical input to the next commercial decision.
The distinction
Local presence creates availability. Commercial ownership creates progression.
Language, introductions, distributors and local relationships can all be valuable. They become a commercial operation only when somebody owns the accounts, evidence, follow-through and next decisions.
What BRCN adds
Your local commercial counterpart, from first contact to the next buyer decision.
BRCN provides European market entry and outsourced business development for industrial and technical B2B companies. We agree the markets, account responsibilities and level of execution before work begins. Your company retains product, pricing and binding decision authority.
Decide where commercial effort belongs.
Prioritise markets, segments, accounts, applications, routes and relevant buying roles instead of treating Europe as one undifferentiated market.
Open the right conversations.
Lead outreach, customer meetings and commercial follow-up with target accounts and relevant partners. On-site customer visits are arranged where required and agreed in scope.
Determine whether there is a real commercial situation.
Understand application, stakeholders, requirements, objections, timing, buying process and commercial relevance before escalating effort.
Connect commercial and technical work.
Clarify what the buyer needs, coordinate technical input, demos and pilots with your team, and keep the customer informed of the next step.
Move credible opportunities forward.
Follow qualified opportunities through evaluation, sample, pilot and proposal stages. Coordinate negotiations within agreed authority and follow through toward contract where the buying situation supports it.
Keep headquarters able to see and decide.
Record customer requirements, objections, competitor references and blockers. Agree the next action, its owner and date, and the decisions needed from headquarters.
Opportunity progression
The introduction is the beginning of the commercial work.
The objective is not to maximise activity. It is to develop commercially credible situations far enough for the buyer and your management team to make the next decision.
Right account and buying situation.
Application, stakeholders and need.
Relevance, timing and buying path.
Requirements, objections and buying case.
Evaluation, pilot or commercial proposal.
Negotiate, contract, continue or stop.
Headquarters ↔ Europe
European activity should not become a black box.
BRCN brings customer requirements, objections, competitor references and commercial blockers back to headquarters with a clear request: what needs a decision, who should respond and what the customer needs next.
Management visibility
Turn a customer requirement into a coordinated next step.
For example: a buyer requests application evidence before agreeing to a pilot. BRCN clarifies the requirement, coordinates the response with your technical team and agrees the next customer step — with a named owner and date.
Who are we pursuing and why?
What application, requirement or commercial problem exists?
Who influences, evaluates and decides?
What is currently preventing progression?
What needs to happen next, who owns it and what does headquarters need to decide?
Technical-commercial coordination
Give your technical team a clear brief and a qualified customer situation.
Technical B2B selling needs engineering and product expertise. It does not require those teams to become the owner of every lead, follow-up and commercial conversation.
Protect technical capacity
BRCN does not replace your engineers. It helps make their involvement commercially useful.
BRCN qualifies the application, prepares the customer context and identifies the technical input required. Your specialists assess the product questions; BRCN coordinates the conversation and follows up on the next commercial step.
Is there a credible application and commercial reason to continue?
What technical input or evidence is actually required?
Bring the right product or technical owner into the situation.
Turn the technical answer into the next commercial action.
Direct · Partner-led · Hybrid
The route follows the buying situation.
Europe is not one channel decision. The appropriate route depends on product complexity, application, service requirements, buying behaviour, existing relationships and the role partners need to play.
Develop target accounts directly.
Work with relevant OEMs, manufacturers or end users when the commercial relationship and technical buying process justify direct account ownership.
Build through the right commercial partners.
Develop distributors, system integrators, solution providers or other partners where local reach, integration, service or channel structure makes them commercially relevant.
Keep direct visibility while partners add capability.
Combine direct account development with partner participation. Agree account ownership, contact rules and partner involvement before outreach, so each party knows who leads the customer relationship and next steps.
Partner identification does not guarantee appointment, exclusivity, performance or market acceptance. Binding commitments remain subject to client approval.
Your starting point
Start with the commercial gap — not the package.
The appropriate BRCN mandate depends on what is currently unknown, stalled or under-owned.
The route is unclear.
Examine readiness, route assumptions and the commercial decision before committing to broader execution.
Review decision scopes ↗Buyer evidence is missing.
Test buyer response through targeted outreach, customer meetings and qualification in a defined market scope.
Review Market Activation ↗Europe has gone quiet.
Reassess accounts, partners, evidence and ownership before adding more activity to a stalled commercial process.
Review Recovery & Partner Reset ↗Execution needs continuity.
Choose the BD Office for ongoing account development and sales execution, or the Commercial Lead to coordinate existing European people, partners and strategic opportunities.
Review operating models ↗Evaluate the operator

Before appointment
Common questions from international companies.
Do we need an existing European entity?
Not necessarily to assess commercial readiness or begin every type of commercial mandate. The appropriate legal, tax, employment and regulatory structure depends on your activity and should be determined with qualified advisers.
We already have a distributor. Can BRCN still help?
Yes, where a clear responsibility is missing. We agree which accounts remain partner-led, where BRCN may make direct contact, and who owns follow-up and proposals. Existing partner arrangements inform the scope, and changes or binding commitments require your approval.
We already have a German-speaking person in Europe. Why would we need BRCN?
You may not. If that person already owns account prioritisation, qualification, opportunity development, partner coordination and commercial follow-through effectively, an additional operator may be unnecessary. Local language and local presence alone, however, are different from commercial ownership.
Does BRCN replace our technical team?
No. Product and engineering expertise remain with your company. BRCN can qualify the commercial situation, coordinate the required technical input and keep ownership of the commercial next step.
Can BRCN guarantee meetings, partners or contracts?
No. BRCN is responsible for the agreed commercial work, coordination and reporting. Buyer and partner decisions depend on product fit, competitiveness, timing, readiness and other market factors.
Do you work only with companies from Asia?
No. This page applies to international industrial and technical B2B companies regardless of headquarters region, subject to product fit, market requirements, capacity and the agreed mandate.
