BRCN Studio / Asia-Pacific → Europe
From Asia-Pacific. Build commercial ownership in Europe.
Bring your industrial technology to Europe with a local commercial counterpart. BRCN develops target accounts, leads customer meetings and follow-up, and coordinates partners and technical discussions with your headquarters — from first outreach toward evaluation, pilot, proposal and contract.

Local presence ≠ commercial ownership
A local contact is not yet a European commercial operation.
Hiring someone locally, appointing a distributor or receiving introductions can create presence and access. None of those things automatically creates commercial ownership.
Language creates access.
Local language can remove friction and improve communication. It does not by itself create account strategy, qualification, opportunity development or commercial judgement.
Partners create reach.
A distributor or integrator can provide valuable customer access, application knowledge and local capability. Someone still needs visibility into what is moving, what is blocked and what should happen next.
Introductions create a starting point.
A first meeting or contact is not a commercial outcome. The work continues through discovery, qualification, stakeholder alignment, technical evaluation, objections and follow-through.
BRCN leads the customer work from target selection through follow-up. Bircan personally leads commercial direction, account development and opportunity progression. BRCN selects accounts, initiates contact, runs customer conversations and coordinates the next steps with your technical team and relevant partners.
Choose the starting point
Start with the commercial gap — not a standard market-entry package.
A company selecting its first European route needs something different from one with an inactive distributor, an existing pipeline or several European partners. The scope should match the responsibility that is actually missing.
01 / Decide
You need to choose the European route.
Use Commercial Readiness & Route Decision to assess readiness, priority segments, buyer logic and route options before funding active execution.
Commercial Readiness ↗02 / Activate
You need real market evidence.
Use European Market Activation for targeted outreach, customer meetings and qualification in a selected market cluster. Receive contact history, buyer requirements and objections, documented opportunities where they emerge, and a recommendation on where to continue, adjust or stop.
European Market Activation ↗03 / Recover
Your distributor or pipeline has stalled.
Examine existing partner contribution, account history and opportunity evidence. Requalify selected activity and decide what should be strengthened, restructured, replaced or stopped.
Recovery & Partner Reset ↗04 / Own
Europe is active — but nobody locally owns the commercial process.
Choose the European Business Development Office for ongoing account development and sales execution. Choose the European Commercial Lead when existing people, partners and strategic opportunities need senior coordination. The scope follows the responsibility you need covered.
Ongoing operating models ↗Decision scopes produce evidence and recommendations. Execution mandates add active commercial work. Meetings, opportunities, distributors, pilots, contracts and revenue are not guaranteed.
After market access
The introduction is where the commercial work starts.
BRCN works beyond the first contact. Within the agreed mandate, the objective is to turn access into enough commercial evidence to determine whether an opportunity should move forward — and then keep it moving.
Which accounts, applications and partners actually fit the product?
Reach the relevant buying roles, lead customer meetings and maintain commercial follow-up.
Is there a real application, operational problem, buying process and reason to act?
Coordinate technical questions, demos and pilots between the buyer, your engineers, headquarters and any local partner.
Progress evaluation, pilot and proposal steps, coordinate negotiation within agreed authority and follow through toward contract.
BRCN owns that progression within the agreed mandate. Each qualified opportunity has a recorded buying situation, open requirements, next action, owner and decision point. Regular reviews identify what can move locally and what needs your technical or management response.
Direct · Partner-led · Hybrid
Build a case European buyers can evaluate.
Before and during outreach, technical capability needs to be translated into an application, supporting evidence, delivery model and commercial buying case. The questions depend on the product and route — not on assumptions about where the company is based.
Application & proof
Define the use case, technical requirements, integration context, relevant references and evidence a buyer can evaluate with engineering, operations and procurement.
Commercial buying case
Technical capability alone does not create urgency. Understand the operational problem, current alternative, stakeholders, expected value and why the buyer should consider acting.
Support & delivery
Clarify who will handle installation, training, warranty, spare parts, technical response and after-sales service where relevant. BRCN communicates the agreed support model; your company and appointed providers deliver the commitments they accept.
Documentation & readiness
Identify available product documentation and unresolved readiness questions. Qualified specialists remain responsible for conformity assessments and regulatory advice; BRCN plans commercial activity around their findings.
DACH is a primary focus, not an automatic first-market recommendation. Wider European coverage depends on buyer fit, route economics, support needs, language and agreed delivery capacity.
Distributor ≠ market ownership
A partner can be part of the route. The market should not become invisible.
Distributors, integrators and other partners can provide valuable customer access, application expertise and local capability. The commercial question is not simply whether a partner exists — but what the partner is contributing and whether the route is producing evidence.
Review relevant account access, product and application knowledge, assigned sales capacity, competing product lines, support capability and evidence of active opportunity development.
Keep credible opportunities, requirements, stakeholders, blockers and next actions visible rather than relying only on high-level partner reports.
Agree protected accounts, direct-contact permissions, partner participation and responsibility for proposals before outreach. Keep the customer relationship and next action clear across direct, distributor, integrator and OEM activity.
Strengthen a productive relationship, change the operating model, assess alternatives or stop investing in a route that is not producing sufficient evidence.
Headquarters ↔ Europe
Headquarters stays close. Europe gets a commercial owner.
Agree product onboarding, named HQ contacts, working languages, review times and response expectations before outreach. BRCN handles the local customer work and brings technical questions, pricing requests and blockers to the right headquarters owner, with the context needed to decide.
Local commercial ownership
BRCN leads agreed account development, customer meetings, qualification and follow-up. Local visits are arranged where required; technical specialists join when the customer situation calls for their expertise.
Product & decision authority
Your team provides product onboarding, technical answers, application evidence, pricing approvals and delivery commitments. Named decision owners and agreed response expectations keep customer work moving across time zones.
Commercial visibility
For example: a buyer asks for application evidence before a pilot. BRCN clarifies the requirement, coordinates your technical response and agrees the next customer step. Requirements, competitor references and blockers become actions with owners and dates.
Asia-Pacific context
International business development, personally led from Europe.
Bircan Öztürk has led international business development from Germany across Japan, Italy, New Zealand, India, Vietnam and France, including distributor development and a local software company structure in India. He personally leads BRCN’s commercial direction and opportunity progression.
Discuss your product, existing relationships and support model with Bircan, then confirm the people, language coverage and specialist input needed for your European scope.
Economic & structural fit
Choose the structure that matches the responsibility.
Assess contribution after fulfilment, technical support and partner margins together with the buying cycle and the runway required for evaluation. The right structure depends on who already owns the commercial process.
BRCN Studio fits when…
European market access exists or can be created, but the missing layer is local commercial ownership across target accounts, partners, qualification and opportunity progression.
Internal hiring fits when…
The route is proven, a sustained full-time responsibility is clear and your organisation can recruit, manage and support permanent local commercial capacity.
Agency support fits when…
You need a bounded campaign or activity and your internal team already owns qualification, opportunity development, stakeholder coordination, follow-up and commercial decisions.
BRCN engagements use project fees or retainers. A performance component may supplement the fee; commission-only execution is not offered.
Build · Operate · Transfer
Build local capability before building the full structure yourself.
Operate first. Transfer when the receiving organisation is ready.
For companies that ultimately want their own European commercial organisation, BRCN can build and operate the agreed function before transferring documented processes, account history, relationship context and open opportunities to the internal team.
Formal Build–Operate–Transfer uses an agreed build phase, a minimum operating term and written acceptance criteria. People, licences, contracts and third-party relationships require separate agreements, consent and practical feasibility. Transfer is not automatic after a market-activation project.
Assess the evidence
See the experience behind the person leading your European work.
Bircan personally initiated, negotiated and secured an integration partnership with a global manufacturing software provider, and won an industrial software customer through direct acquisition without an existing relationship. Explore his background and project examples, then inspect an illustrative pipeline and management report.
During scoping, ask how the relevant experience applies to your product, who will deliver the work and what your headquarters will need to provide. Agree the scope, capacity and review points before appointment.
Before appointment
Questions worth resolving early.
Which European markets and languages can BRCN cover?
DACH — Germany, Austria and Switzerland — is a primary focus. The first market is selected for buyer, application and route fit. German and English commercial work can be included in scope. Customer-facing and HQ working languages, review times and availability are confirmed before appointment. Chinese-language or other additional-language support requires specifically agreed capacity; a translated website does not imply that coverage.
What if we already have a European distributor?
Start with the existing agreement, account history and active opportunities. Agree which customers remain partner-led, where direct contact is permitted and who owns follow-up and proposals. BRCN can work alongside the route or use a recovery scope to assess it. Partner appointment, exclusivity and termination remain your decisions.
Can BRCN work directly with OEMs and system integrators?
Yes, where direct OEM, system-integrator or other target-account development is part of the agreed commercial route. The specific account universe depends on the product, application, buying process and available delivery capability rather than a fixed generic contact list.
Who handles technical questions during the sales process?
BRCN prepares the customer context, clarifies the questions and coordinates the appropriate product owner or agreed specialist. Your team provides the technical answer and approvals. BRCN then follows up with the customer and keeps the next commercial action on track.
Does BRCN handle CE documentation or act as an importer?
No. Commercial mandates do not include conformity assessment, certification, importer responsibility or authorised-representative duties unless a separate qualified provider is explicitly engaged. Product-safety documentation and regulatory decisions remain with your responsible team and qualified specialists.
How many contacts, meetings or opportunities can we expect?
Target-account scope, activity expectations and review cadence are agreed before execution. BRCN commits to the agreed commercial work, evidence and reporting. Buyer responses, meetings, opportunities, pilots, distributor appointments, contracts and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
Can BRCN eventually hand the European operation back to us?
Yes, where Build–Operate–Transfer is agreed as the operating model. A formal transfer follows the agreed operating term and acceptance criteria. Account history, playbooks, open opportunities and operating routines can be prepared for handover. People, contracts, licences and third-party relationships require separate agreements and cannot be assumed to transfer automatically.
Start with your situation
Who will own your European commercial process?
Share your product, strongest applications, current European activity, partners and support capacity. The complimentary first conversation identifies whether you need route selection, market activation, partner recovery or ongoing execution — and what your headquarters would need to contribute.
The first fit conversation is complimentary. Paid work starts after scope, capacity, fees, responsibilities and decision rights are agreed.
