BRCN Studio / Commercial Operating System
The work is visible. The next decision is owned.
A transparent operating model for European accounts, partners, opportunities, weekly management decisions and eventual transfer. Explore an illustrative view of what a BRCN Studio mandate can look like behind the website.

This is an information model, not a standalone software product or a live client portal. Implementation can sit in the agreed CRM or client workspace. The structure below demonstrates the information model: what happened, what changed, who owns the next action and what management must decide.
Current route interpretation
Sample interpretation of the current buyer and partner evidence; not a completion score.
Current interpretation: two application clusters show credible progression; one partner hypothesis should be stopped.
Management attention
- Approve technical workshop capacity for two accounts
- Confirm pricing corridor for distributor discussions
- Decide whether to pause the food-production segment
| Account | Country / Type | Stage evidence | Next step | Owner | Decision date |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| NordFab Systems | Germany · End customer | Technical fit confirmed | Application workshop | BDBD Operator | 18 Sep |
| Alpine Motion | Austria · Integrator | Discovery complete | Reference review | ALAccount Lead | 20 Sep |
| Delta Automation | Netherlands · Distributor | Commercial objection | Margin / support decision | CLCommercial Lead | 22 Sep |
| Orion Robotics | France · OEM | Buying committee mapped | Operations stakeholder call | BDBD Operator | 25 Sep |
Delta Automation · Distributor candidate
Strong installed base and technical team. Commercial concern: requested exclusivity before committing named accounts.
- Status: qualify with conditions
- Next: joint account hypothesis
- Decision: no exclusivity before evidence
Alpine Motion · Solution integrator
High application relevance and responsive technical sponsor. Needs reference support and clear lead-registration rules.
- Status: integrator qualification
- Next: reference review
- Next client input: reference material
Regional reseller hypothesis
Initial outreach produced interest but no credible customer ownership or specialist capacity.
- Status: stop route
- Reason: access without execution
- Decision: reallocate capacity to integrators
Partner scorecard
Customer access, technical fit, commercial commitment, service readiness, reporting discipline and conflict risk.
1 · Executive interpretation
High-mix manufacturing is showing the strongest commercial response. The integrator route is progressing; the broad reseller hypothesis should remain stopped. Near-term progress depends on technical workshop capacity and an approved partner-pricing corridor.
2 · What moved this week
- Two workshop requests awaiting client capacity
- Integrator moved from interest to a named use case
- Broad reseller hypothesis stopped; distributor candidate remains under review
3 · Market evidence
- ROI case is credible in high-mix production
- Buyers require clear European service response
- Generic automation positioning is too broad
4 · Risks and blockers
- No approved pricing corridor for partner margin
- Reference material lacks application detail
- Technical team capacity is not yet reserved
5 · Decisions required from the client
- CTO by 18 Sep: reserve four engineering hours
- Commercial lead by 22 Sep: approve pricing corridor
- Steering group by 25 Sep: confirm segment pause
6 · BRCN Studio plan for the next seven days
- Schedule two workshops once capacity is approved
- Test the revised high-mix message across six accounts
- Present partner-route recommendation to management
| Decision | Evidence | Recommendation | Owner | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Technical workshop capacity | 2 qualified accounts | Reserve 4 engineering hours | Client CTO | Due |
| Partner pricing corridor | Margin and support objection | Confirm approved range by 22 Sep | Client Commercial Lead | Due |
| Distributor exclusivity | No named pipeline yet | Decline until evidence | Client Commercial Lead | Approved |
| Food-production segment | Low urgency in 3 conversations | Pause for 60 days | Client steering group | Due |
| High-mix application focus | 3 relevant use cases | Increase account allocation | Client sponsor | Approved |
Build. Operate. Transfer against agreed acceptance.
This is an illustrative mandate architecture for an industrial automation company. The build schedule is agreed separately. Operation lasts at least 12 months; transfer follows the agreed term and acceptance criteria. No commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Build
Define the commercial system before scaling activity.
- ICP, segments, buying committees and account-selection rules
- Direct, partner-led and hybrid route decisions
- Messaging, evidence requirements and escalation rights
- CRM stages, dashboards, ownership and reporting cadence
- Transfer criteria and future internal roles documented
Operate
BRCN Studio runs the approved system and converts market activity into evidence.
- Account and partner outreach, discovery and qualification
- Opportunity progression and technical coordination
- Weekly management reports and decision log
- Partner enablement, performance and replacement decisions
- Playbook refinement based on objections and progression
Transfer
Transfer only when the route, roles and economics are sufficiently evidenced.
- Coordinate role design and receiving-owner readiness; recruitment is separate
- Transfer CRM, account history, playbooks and partner context
- Shadowing, reverse-shadowing and documented handover acceptance
- Handover of meetings, cadence, forecast and escalation map
- Any continuing support requires a separate scope
Transfer package
Define what the receiving team can take over.
Transferability is designed at the start. Every material account, partner, decision and process must be understandable by the future internal team.
ICP, segments, account rules, buying committees, prioritisation and current account universe.
Conversations, evidence, objections, stakeholders, next steps, decision dates and responsible owners.
Partner scorecards, commercial conditions, enablement status, joint accounts, conflicts and performance.
Positioning, messages, discovery structure, qualification, escalation and route-specific workflows.
Dashboards, reporting cadence, forecast logic, decision log, KPIs and meeting structure.
Role descriptions, onboarding, shadowing, knowledge transfer, access control and transition responsibilities.
Scope and delivery
The view follows the mandate.
For international industrial and technical B2B: Industrial Tech, Robotics, Automation, Manufacturing Software, Industrial AI and Advanced Hardware.
Readiness reviews existing evidence and route options without active outreach. Market Activation adds a 12-week execution scope. Recovery reassesses stalled accounts and partners.
BD Office and European Commercial Lead use ongoing reviews of account work and management decisions. The displayed roles do not imply a full-time team in every mandate.
Bircan leads commercial direction. Assigned people, markets, languages, capacity, access and reporting are agreed before appointment. Your company retains product, pricing, contracts, warranty and service decisions.
Economic fit
The operating cost must fit the route.
Assess contribution after fulfilment, support and partner costs, buying-cycle timing and runway. Project fees or retainers fund the work; an agreed performance component may supplement them. Commission-only execution is not offered.
For a defined gap in European commercial responsibility with client technical participation and funded execution.
For a proven route and a sustained full-time role your organisation can manage and support.
For a bounded campaign with an internal owner already handling qualification, follow-up and deals.
Decide whether your European function needs activation, operation, leadership or transfer.
The complimentary first Commercial Fit Review conversation identifies the operating gap and whether BRCN Studio should own it. If fit is mutual, the written scope defines the team, system, capacity, governance and commercial fee.
