Service fit

A European objective and a product ready to examine.

This includes international companies entering Europe, Asia-Pacific companies building a European route and European companies expanding across selected markets.

A credible starting point

  • A demonstrable industrial or technical B2B product with references, pilots or meaningful test evidence.
  • A relevant European application, buyer problem or route hypothesis.
  • A team able to provide technical answers, pricing and delivery information.
  • Budget for the agreed work and the ability to act on market evidence.

Prepare first or choose another service

  • Idea-stage products, consumer goods and e-commerce are outside this focus.
  • No paid budget, no available decision owner or no ability to deliver prevents an executable mandate.
  • Guaranteed introductions, distributors, contracts or revenue are not offered.
  • Fundraising, legal advice, tax and certification are separate specialist services.

An unresolved route can be a reason for Commercial Readiness & Route Decision. It does not have to be solved before the first conversation.

Economic fit

Can the commitment work for your business?

Assess contribution after fulfilment, integration, support and partner costs. Compare it with the full mandate cost, sales-cycle timing and the cash required to deliver. A high contract value or recent funding round alone is not enough.

Decision and entry scopes

Readiness: €9,500 over 2–3 weeks. Market Activation: €27,500 for 12 weeks and one market cluster; multi-country from €42,500. Recovery: from €18,500 over 6–8 weeks.

Ongoing operating models

BD Office: from €15,000/month plus €10,000 setup; six-month minimum fees of €100,000. European Commercial Lead: from €22,500/month plus €15,000 onboarding; six-month minimum fees of €150,000.

Build–Operate–Transfer

Build from €75,000; operate from €25,000/month for at least 12 months; transfer from €100,000. Minimum fees across all three phases: €475,000.

Starting fees exclude VAT and agreed additional costs. Final scope and contract terms govern. Project fees or retainers fund the work; performance participation may supplement the fee, but commission-only execution is not offered.

Select the scope

Different gaps need different mandates.

Entry and decision scopes resolve a defined question. Operating models provide continuing responsibility. One does not automatically lead to the next.

Decision

Route or readiness unclear

Commercial Readiness & Route Decision reviews existing evidence and produces a recommendation. Active buyer outreach is excluded.

Entry

Buyer response needs testing

European Market Activation adds selected outreach, discovery and evidence to support a continue, adjust or stop decision.

Recovery

Existing activity has stalled

Commercial Recovery & Partner Reset reassesses selected accounts, partners and ownership before further investment.

Operating

Execution or leadership is missing

A European Business Development Office owns ongoing account work. A European Commercial Lead coordinates existing resources, priorities and partners.

Both sides of the mandate

Ownership needs working conditions.

Bircan leads commercial direction. Assigned people, capacity, markets, languages and specialist support are agreed before appointment; no standing full-time team is implied.

BRCN Studio owns

The agreed account and partner work, follow-up, evidence and reporting. Execution mandates use weekly reviews; decision scopes use agreed milestones.

Your team provides

A decision owner, technical participation, approved messaging, product evidence, pricing and delivery readiness. Product, contracting, warranty and service authority remain yours.

Both sides agree

Access, confidentiality, competitive conflicts, response times, escalation and exit arrangements. Weak evidence can justify changing or stopping a route.

Choose the delivery structure

When another approach fits better.

BRCN Studio

Fits a defined gap in European execution or leadership when you can fund the responsibility and support technical sales and decisions.

An internal hire

Fits a proven route and a sustained full-time role when your organisation can recruit, manage and support the person.

An agency

Fits a bounded campaign when an internal owner already manages qualification, follow-up and deals.

For longer-term internal ownership, Build–Operate–Transfer requires an agreed operating term and acceptance criteria. Staff, licences, contracts and third-party relationships need separate agreements, consent and practical feasibility.

Delivery credibility

Check the evidence behind the proposal.

Review the proposed delivery setup alongside relevant operator experience and case context. The written mandate should identify who will do the work and the capacity they will provide.

Historical roles, anonymised case accounts and illustrative system examples are distinct forms of evidence. None guarantees your commercial outcome.

Before the conversation

Common fit questions.

Do we need an established European customer base?

No. A working product and credible technical or customer evidence can support a first European route discussion. The appropriate scope depends on what is already known and what still requires buyer contact.

Can we start with an assessment only?

Yes. Commercial Readiness & Route Decision is a paid assessment with a decision memo and resource plan. It does not include active outreach or obligate you to appoint an ongoing operator.

Does a startup qualify?

Product-ready industrial and technical B2B startups use the same scopes and economic criteria as established companies. Founder participation, support readiness and runway matter more than the funding label.

What happens in the first conversation?

The complimentary Commercial Fit Review checks your situation and whether a paid scope is appropriate. It is separate from a paid readiness assessment. No engagement starts without an agreed written scope and fee.

Your next step

Bring the commercial reality.

Share your product, strongest evidence, current European activity, the responsibility you need covered and your investment horizon. The first fit conversation is complimentary.
