BRCN Studios is not the right commercial layer for every company or every stage. This page exists to help you decide quickly — before a call is needed. No surprises, no wasted time.

Good fit

BRCN Studios works well for companies that meet most of these:

  • Asian robotics, industrial tech, automation or B2B technology company
  • Serious European ambition — DACH or Western Europe as a real first-year target
  • Working product with at least limited proof — references, pilots or paying customers
  • Budget available for a paid scope if the fit is confirmed on the intro call
  • Ability to participate in first conversations and answer technical questions
  • Company able to act on positive market signal if it arrives
  • Looking for an operator — someone who makes the calls, not someone who writes the strategy

Not a fit

BRCN Studios is not the right choice when:

  • Pre-product or idea-stage company — no working product yet
  • Consumer goods, e-commerce or B2C product
  • Company expecting free partner contacts, introductions or a contact list
  • Commission-only or success-fee-only request without a paid scope
  • Company unable to participate in first conversations within reasonable timelines
  • Company expecting a guaranteed distributor, contract or revenue outcome
  • Company needing legal, tax, certification, banking or HR services — not commercial activation

Five self-check questions

Answer these before booking the intro call.

Do you have a working product with at least some proof?References, pilots, paying customers or meaningful test deployments. If the answer is no — BRCN is probably too early for you. Return when the product proof exists.

Do you have a specific European market target — not just “Europe”?DACH, Germany, Western Europe — with a hypothesis about which partner type makes sense. “All of Europe” is not a route. A hypothesis is enough, but it needs to exist.

Do you have budget for a paid engagement if the fit is confirmed?The Partner Activation Pilot starts from €9,500. The Startup Validation Track starts from €3,500. If there is truly no budget — the intro call will not lead anywhere useful.

Can your team participate in first partner conversations?BRCN is the local bridge — but your team needs to be available for technical questions, follow-up documentation and first meeting participation. If the team cannot engage within reasonable timelines, the activation will stall.

Are you looking for an operator — not a consultant?BRCN makes calls, sends emails and sits in meetings. It does not write strategy documents and hand them over. If you are looking for a report, there are better options. If you want someone who acts — this is the right fit.
