BRCN Studio / What we do
European commercial work. With an owner for the next step.
BRCN Studio operates the agreed part of your European commercial function: account development, partner operations, opportunity follow-up and management reporting for international industrial and technical B2B companies.
Industrial Tech · Robotics · Automation · Manufacturing Software · Industrial AI · Advanced Hardware
Select the responsibility
A decision scope and an operating mandate do different work.
Agree the question to resolve and the responsibility to assign before choosing the engagement.
Entry & decision scopes
Commercial Readiness & Route Decision assesses existing evidence and route options; it excludes active buyer outreach. European Market Activation adds a defined period of outreach and discovery. Commercial Recovery & Partner Reset diagnoses stalled accounts and partners.
Operating models
The European Business Development Office owns ongoing account work. A European Commercial Lead coordinates priorities, sales resources and partners. Build–Operate–Transfer establishes and operates a function before an agreed handover.
Commercial responsibilities
What BRCN Studio can own.
The written scope selects the responsibilities below. It does not include every activity or unlimited coverage by default.
01 / Focus
Market, route and account selection
Review use cases, product evidence, buyer roles and direct, partner-led or hybrid routes. Prioritise selected markets and accounts.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. A route recommendation, account criteria and documented assumptions.
What your team provides. Product evidence, references, support readiness and market priorities.
02 / Contact
Targeted outreach and discovery
Research relevant stakeholders and run approved German and English outreach. Coordinate discovery around the buyer problem, use case and next decision. Other languages require agreed capacity.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. Contact history, buyer feedback, qualification evidence and next steps.
What your team provides. Approved messaging, contact rules and participation in technical discovery.
03 / Progress
Opportunity follow-up and coordination
Maintain agreed next steps, coordinate technical calls and proposals, record objections and escalate overdue decisions. Progress is measured by evidence, not meeting volume alone.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. Named owners, decision dates, blockers and stage changes supported by evidence.
What your team provides. Technical answers, proposal capacity, pricing approvals and delivery commitments.
04 / Partners
Partner development and operations
Identify relevant distributors, integrators or OEM partners; assess fit, coordinate agreed onboarding and review account contribution.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. Partner criteria, evaluation notes, open actions and performance reviews.
What your team provides. Approval of appointments, terms, exclusivity and any changes to existing agreements.
05 / Governance
Pipeline reviews and commercial leadership
Review activity, opportunity evidence, forecast assumptions and management requests. Execution mandates use weekly reviews; decision scopes use agreed milestones.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. An inspectable pipeline, decision log and recommendations to continue, adjust or stop.
What your team provides. A management owner with the authority and availability to resolve escalations.
06 / Handover
Records and transfer preparation
Document account history, partner context, playbooks and operating routines. Define access changes, open actions and acceptance before handover.
Evidence & client input
What you can inspect. The agreed records and a clear exit or transfer plan.
What your team provides. A receiving owner, system access and capacity to take over the agreed work.
Delivery credibility
Know who is doing the work.
Bircan leads commercial direction. Assigned people, specialist roles, available capacity, countries, languages and reporting lines are agreed before appointment. A mandate does not imply a standing full-time team in every market.
Representation
Agree approved claims, account rules, decision limits and competitive conflicts before market contact. Changes to scope or external costs require agreement.
Access and continuity
Document access permissions, confidentiality, escalation and continuity arrangements. Keep working records available to the authorised people who need them.
Proof you can assess
Review historical operator experience separately from case accounts and illustrative operating-system examples. Request evidence relevant to the proposed responsibility.
Economic fit
Choose the structure the work can justify.
Assess contribution after fulfilment, support and partner costs, the buying cycle and the runway required for the full commitment.
Appoint BRCN Studio
When a defined European operating responsibility is missing and your team can support technical sales and timely decisions.
Hire internally
When the route is proven, a sustained full-time role is clear, and you can recruit, manage and support it.
Use an agency
When the need is a bounded campaign and an internal owner already handles qualification, follow-up and commercial decisions.
Paid project scopes or retainers fund the work. An agreed performance component may supplement the operating fee; commission-only execution is not offered.
Build · Operate · Transfer
Make internal ownership a defined handover.
A formal Build–Operate–Transfer engagement establishes the function, operates it through an agreed term and hands over documented work against written acceptance criteria.
Account strategy, systems, roles and governance.
Account work, partner coordination and management reviews.
Records, playbooks, open actions and agreed acceptance.
Transfer is not automatic after Market Activation. People, licences, contracts and third-party relationships require separate agreements, consent and practical feasibility.
Scope boundaries
Your authority remains explicit.
Product and commitments
Your authorised owners retain product decisions, technical claims, pricing, contracts, warranty, delivery and service responsibility. BRCN Studio coordinates within agreed limits.
Specialist responsibilities
Legal advice, tax, certification and conformity assessment are outside these commercial scopes. They do not appoint BRCN Studio as importer, distributor of record or authorised representative.
Commercial outcomes
Buyer decisions, contracts and revenue are not guaranteed. The mandate defines the work, outputs and review criteria; weak market evidence remains visible.
