What needs to change in Europe?
Your current commercial gap determines the scope. Headquarters location alone does not.
01 / Entry & decision
The route is still unclear.
Use Commercial Readiness & Route Decision to assess readiness and choose a route. Use European Market Activation when the next question requires buyer contact and market evidence.
Entry and decision scopes ↗02 / Entry & decision
Existing activity has stalled.
Use European Commercial Recovery & Partner Reset to reassess pipeline, partners and ownership before committing to more execution.
Recovery scope ↗03 / Operating model
Execution needs an owner.
Appoint a European Business Development Office for ongoing account work. Add a European Commercial Lead when leadership of existing sales or partner activity is the main gap.
Ongoing operating models ↗04 / Operating model
You want to build internal capability.
Use Build–Operate–Transfer to establish and operate the agreed function, then hand over documented work after the operating term and acceptance criteria are met.
Build–Operate–Transfer ↗Decision scopes produce a recommendation. Execution mandates add active market work. Neither guarantees opportunities, distributors or revenue.
Direct · Partner-led · Hybrid
Choose the route your buyers need.
The right route depends on product complexity, buying behaviour, technical support and existing relationships. Countries and languages are selected around that route.
Direct accounts
Select target accounts, map stakeholders, run approved outreach, qualify use cases and coordinate the next commercial or technical conversation.
Partner-led development
Identify and approach suitable distributors, integrators, OEM partners or solution providers. Assess fit, coordinate onboarding and review contribution within the mandate.
Hybrid coverage
Combine direct account ownership with partners where integration, service or local access requires them. Define account rules and escalation before contact.
Partner identification is part of a commercial route. Appointments, exclusivity and binding commitments require your approval.
Delivery credibility
Know the people. Inspect the work.
Bircan leads commercial direction. Before appointment, the written scope identifies assigned people, available capacity, markets, languages, specialist support and decision rights.
Account evidence
A usable history of outreach, buyer feedback, qualification and closed reasons. Opportunity stages must be supported by evidence.
Operating rhythm
Execution mandates use weekly reviews of next steps, blockers and management requests. Decision scopes use agreed review milestones.
Client control
You retain product, quotation, contracting, warranty, delivery and service authority. Access, approved claims, conflicts and escalation rules are documented.
Assess the evidence separately. Operator Background covers historical experience; Client Stories provides case context. Anonymised accounts and illustrative system examples are not independently verified performance proof. Request evidence relevant to your mandate during scoping.
Economic fit
A European operation must earn its place.
Consider contribution after fulfilment, support and channel costs, the likely sales cycle and the runway needed to fund execution. Budget alone does not establish fit.
BRCN Studio fits when…
You need defined European execution or leadership, can support technical sales and can fund the agreed scope through a realistic decision horizon.
Hiring fits when…
The route is proven, a sustained full-time role is clear, and you can recruit, manage and support that person internally.
An agency fits when…
You need a bounded campaign and already have an internal owner for qualification, follow-up and commercial decisions.
Engagements use project fees or retainers. A performance component may supplement the fee; commission-only execution is not offered.
Build · Operate · Transfer
Prepare the handover while doing the work.
Document account history, partner context, playbooks and operating routines throughout delivery. A formal Build–Operate–Transfer engagement adds an agreed build phase, operating term and structured handover.
Account strategy, systems, roles and governance.
Execution, pipeline evidence and management reviews.
Documented assets, open actions and receiving-team readiness.
People, licences, contracts and third-party relationships require separate agreements, consent and practical feasibility. Transfer is not automatic after an activation project.
Before appointment
Questions worth resolving early.
Do you work with companies from any region?
The focus is international industrial and technical B2B companies with a credible European use case. Fit depends on product readiness, economics and delivery requirements. Markets, languages and capacity must be confirmed for each mandate; headquarters location is not a promise of universal coverage.
Do we need a European entity first?
The commercial scope does not itself establish an entity or resolve tax, employment or regulatory requirements. Your qualified advisers should determine what structure your activity requires. Commercial readiness can be assessed before committing to a permanent team.
What must our team provide?
A management decision owner, product expertise, credible references, pricing boundaries, technical participation and delivery readiness. Agree response times so buyer conversations can progress.
Are contracts or partner appointments guaranteed?
No. BRCN Studio is responsible for the agreed work and reporting. Buyer and partner decisions depend on competitiveness, timing, readiness and your ability to support the opportunity.
Start with your situation
Give the next European decision an owner.
Share your headquarters, product, current European activity, internal capacity and investment horizon. The first fit conversation is complimentary. A paid engagement starts only after scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed.
