Choose the starting point

Where does cross-border growth lose momentum?

Start with the gap: dependence on the home market, stalled partners, limited new-business capacity or inconsistent commercial leadership.

01 / Entry & decision

You need a route beyond the home market.

Use Commercial Readiness & Route Decision to select a market and route. Use European Market Activation to test buyer response through approved outreach. Assessment and active execution are separate scopes.

02 / Entry & decision

Pipeline or partners have stalled.

Use European Commercial Recovery & Partner Reset to requalify selected opportunities, review partner contribution and identify what to recover, restructure or close.

03 / Operating model

Your sales team has no spare capacity.

Appoint a European Business Development Office for ongoing new-account work. Use a European Commercial Lead when existing sales and partner resources need shared priorities, pipeline reviews and escalation.

04 / Operating model

You are preparing an internal team.

Use Build–Operate–Transfer to establish and operate the agreed function, then hand over documented work after the operating term and acceptance criteria are met.

Build–Operate–Transfer ↗

Decision scopes produce a recommendation. Execution mandates add active market work. Neither guarantees opportunities, distributors or revenue.

Direct · Partner-led · Hybrid

Make accounts and partners work together.

Define country priorities, account ownership and partner rules before adding activity. Existing customer relationships and service commitments shape the route.

Direct accounts

Build a selected new-account pipeline while your team serves current customers. Agree account exclusions, qualification criteria and handoffs to technical sales.

Partner-led development

Review distributor and integrator contribution, enable agreed partner activity and approach alternatives where needed. Partner appointment or replacement requires your approval.

Customer growth

Add a scoped Customer Growth Management module to re-engage selected customers and identify renewal or expansion opportunities. Commercial follow-up and customer service responsibilities remain distinct.

Channel & Partner Operations and Customer Growth Management are optional modules within an agreed mandate. Scope, capacity and fees are separate; see Offers.

Delivery credibility

Extend your team with clear accountability.

Bircan leads commercial direction. The mandate names assigned people, available capacity, markets, languages and specialist support. Account rules, reporting lines and escalation are agreed with your existing team before outreach.

Account evidence

A usable history of outreach, buyer feedback, qualification and closed reasons. Opportunity stages must be supported by evidence.

Operating rhythm

Execution mandates use weekly reviews of next steps, blockers and management requests. Decision scopes use agreed review milestones.

Client control

You retain product, quotation, contracting, warranty, delivery and service authority. Access, approved claims, conflicts and escalation rules are documented.

Assess the evidence separately. Operator Background covers historical experience; Client Stories provides case context. Anonymised accounts and illustrative system examples are not independently verified performance proof. Request evidence relevant to your mandate during scoping.

Economic fit

Expansion must fit the contribution and the runway.

Consider contribution after fulfilment, support and channel costs, the likely sales cycle and the runway needed to fund execution. Budget alone does not establish fit.

BRCN Studio fits when…

A defined cross-border responsibility is missing, your team can support technical sales, and you can fund execution through the likely buying cycle.

Hiring fits when…

The route is proven, a sustained full-time role is clear, and you can recruit, manage and support that person internally.

An agency fits when…

You need a bounded campaign and already have an internal owner for qualification, follow-up and commercial decisions.

Engagements use project fees or retainers. A performance component may supplement the fee; commission-only execution is not offered.

Build · Operate · Transfer

Prepare the handover while doing the work.

Document account history, partner context, playbooks and operating routines throughout delivery. A formal Build–Operate–Transfer engagement adds an agreed build phase, operating term and structured handover.

01 / BuildDefine the function

Account strategy, systems, roles and governance.

02 / OperateRun the agreed scope

Execution, pipeline evidence and management reviews.

03 / TransferHand over with acceptance

Documented assets, open actions and receiving-team readiness.

People, licences, contracts and third-party relationships require separate agreements, consent and practical feasibility. Transfer is not automatic after an activation project.

Before appointment

Questions worth resolving early.

Will BRCN Studio replace our sales team?

The mandate can add new-account capacity, lead a selected country route or coordinate existing resources. Account ownership, customer exclusions and handoffs are agreed so outreach does not duplicate your team or partners.

Which European countries can you cover?

Markets are selected around buyer relevance, language, service requirements and available delivery capacity. Coverage is confirmed in the written scope; this is not a promise of a standing team in every country.

How quickly can work start?

Mobilisation depends on assigned capacity, access, approved messaging and your technical and commercial readiness. The scope sets the start date and milestones; there is no blanket promise to deploy faster than hiring.

Are contracts or revenue guaranteed?

No. BRCN Studio is responsible for the agreed work and reporting. Results depend on buyer decisions, competitiveness, timing and your ability to support and deliver the opportunity.

Start with your situation

Which market or responsibility needs an owner?

Share your product, revenue concentration by country, pipeline and partner coverage, team responsibilities and investment horizon. The first fit conversation is complimentary. A paid engagement starts only after scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed.
